We were on vacation from MA. Our 2020 dodge ram has been “ fixed” and looked at about four times for an electrical issue thats pretty scary. It will shut off mid driving and power steering stops. Our dodge dealership just fixed the wiring in the module and off we went to the finger lakes!
About three days later after leaving W.G Park/ Gorge ( stunning!) it stopped working. We had it towed to the WG Dodge Ram service.

I am posting this on behalf of my Dad who received the highest customer service I have ever seen, seriously he was treated like the King himself (of course I mean Elvis 😎). On a serious note, his salesperson Donovan went above and beyond to ensure that my Dad got exactly the Jeep he wanted. Donovan made the entire experience so simple for my Dad. I think they did a great job trying to troubleshoot what was wrong with my vehicle but could not figure it out and not happy with outcome call Chrysler Jeep and I have a return phone call coming from customer service about the problems that couldn't be resolved
Since Bruce returned to run the service department, I will continue to go back. He’s the best.

The work was done faster than I had expected and the staff was very friendly and helpful. When I returned to pick up my vehicle I was recognized and addressed by name as I entered the service area.

We were preparing to leave an Airbnb north of town, when starting our 2010 Dodge Journey and found the check engine light on and the engine running rough. Upon looking under the hood we found a lot of grass and debris from what appeared to be chipmunks nesting on top of the engine. I noticed that my car inspection had expired and because we were in Watkins for the weekend, I called Maquire hoping to have it done as quickly as possible. I was able to get an appointment for Saturday (I called Thursday afternoon). I was greeted by friendly staff who immediately went to inspect my car. I had a very enjoyable experience.
